No Return & No Refund Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds on any products once the order has been successfully delivered.

Since our products include imitation jewellery, bridal purses, ladies handbags, and fashion accessories, all sales are considered final.

Damaged or Wrong Product

In rare cases, if the product received is:

• Damaged during transit

• Broken upon delivery

• Incorrect item received

Then the customer must follow the steps below to be eligible for a replacement request.

Mandatory Parcel Opening Video

A clear, uncut parcel opening video is compulsory for any damage or replacement claim.

The video must:

• Start before opening the parcel
• Clearly show the sealed package
• Clearly show the damaged/wrong product while unboxing
• Be continuous without cuts or edits

⚠️ Claims without a proper parcel opening video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Old videos, edited clips, or images without proof of parcel opening will not be considered valid evidence.

Replacement Policy

If the claim is verified and approved by our team, we may provide:

• Product replacement, or
• Store credit (if replacement is unavailable)

Replacement requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
