We currently ship all over India through India Post and trusted delivery partners to ensure reliable service. - Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all orders above ₹1499
- A flat shipping charge of ₹80 applies to orders below ₹1499
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.
- Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: Delivery usually takes 5–7 working days
- ODA / Remote / Off-City Locations: Delivery may take up to 10 working days
Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared through SMS, WhatsApp, or email, depending on availability. - Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact details. Sawariya Jewellery will not be responsible for delays or losses caused due to incorrect address information. - Damaged Parcel
If the parcel appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, customers are advised to record a proper parcel opening video immediately.
A clear uncut parcel opening video is mandatory for any damage or replacement claim.
