  4. Order Acceptance
    Once an order is placed, it is subject to confirmation and acceptance by Sawariya Jewellery. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  5. Payment Terms
    Customers must complete payment through the available payment methods on our website. Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.
  6. Shipping & Delivery
    We aim to dispatch orders within the promised timeframe. Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier service, and unforeseen circumstances. Sawariya Jewellery will not be responsible for delays caused by courier partners or natural events.
  7. No Return & No Refund
    We do not offer returns or refunds on any products once delivered.

In case the product is damaged during transit or a wrong item is received, customers must provide a clear parcel opening video as proof. The video must begin before opening the package and clearly show the issue. Claims without a proper uncut opening video will not be accepted.

If the claim is verified, a replacement may be provided depending on product availability.
